Since BlueWare helps you identify optimum uses for hides, this directly translates into cost savings. The BlueWare software for MS Windows ® is capable of creating impressive screen images of individual hides that allow you to gauge hide quality almost instantly.

What about thickness?

BlueWare thickness measurement provides you with clear reports about individual hides and cumulative measurements, including thickness diagram, thickness distribution, and various histograms. For example, the thickness area distribution diagram displays the average thickness of every part of the hide of a stack of hides. The wheel histogram shows how thickness is distributed for a stack of hides as they run through the machine, making it a perfect tool for the improvement of splitting results.

Our standard PC Software Package for MS Windows ® (PCBAS) connects to the BlueWare measurement system. It is capable of preparing jobs, retrieving, managing, and evaluating recorded measurements.

What are its functions?

• Job editor for editing, viewing, and scheduling jobs and job relevant data.
• Shortcuts to simplify operation and prevent errors.
• Visual browser for retrieving recorded data including hide pictures and thickness profiles.
• Export function – copies hide shape pictures to the clipboard, which is great for composing letters to hide suppliers showing badly shaped hides. The function can also be used for sending internal e-mails showing poor trimming or splitting results.
• Print function – creates impressive, well-structured hardcopies showing graphical and textual summaries including hide pictures, thickness profiles, histograms etc.
• Performance tracking – records the exact production time for each hide.
