To complement regular customer services, we offer our clients 24/7 hotline service which is available at a modest fee. You can contact qualified technical support at Incotec by phone, fax, and email.

Hotline service is available 24 hours everyday from any location in the world!

What happens when I call?

When you call with a “hotline” question, it is assigned immediately to the professional most qualified to answer your question. In many cases your question can be answered in a very brief time, five minutes or less. In some cases, however, your question may require an in-depth investigation of the problem, possibly including remote analysis via modem.

What if that does not work?

We will make every attempt to answer your questions efficiently and may, at times, suggest actions which you can take on your own behalf to trouble-shoot problems if this appears to be more cost-effective for you.

Alternatively, we can provide full-scale trouble-shooting service off-site and on-site.
