Is it fast?

AquaWare was specifically designed to meet the requirements for water supply in tanneries. The outstanding feature of AquaWare is a high-speed regulating device that can be operated safely and precisely. The typical time to reach the desired temperature is less than 15 seconds. This prevents wasted energy and saves on processing time.

Is it flexible?

You can select any desired quantity and temperature within the allowed ranges. The water temperature can be specified in 0.1 deg. Celsius steps. You do not have to make manual adjustments to counterbalance outside temperatures (summer/winter).

The use of pressure sensors ensures quick response to pressure changes.

What happens if something goes wrong?

With optional independent safety circuits, AquaWare remains secure even in case of a component becoming defective.

Using two AquaWare systems in conjunction allows for highly fault-tolerant operation with a bypass valve and automatic redirection of dosing requests.

Optional redundant temperature measurement detects sensor problem.

Is it accurate?

Water temperature is typically maintained accurately within a 0.5 deg. Celsius range.

How does it work?

AquaWare works with two fast pneumatic valves that operate independently. This gives you a significantly higher water volume throughput than conventional 3-way valves.

Is it reliable?

AquaWare uses inductive flow meters without any moving parts that measure water flow through an electromagnetic field. Although cheaper mechanical flow meters are commonly used by other manufacturers, our experience shows that just a single pressure stroke or a small piece of rock in the water stream can damage mechanical flow meters, rendering them inaccurate or non-functioning. AquaWare’s high-quality flow meters ensure failure-free operation.
