ChemWare / Volumetric is a system for automatic (liquid) chemicals dosing by volume. It has been specifically designed for tanneries and is not just some ‘cast-off’ from the textile industry. At the heart of ChemWare / Volumetric are inductive flow meters that function without mechanical parts by measuring flow through an electromagnetic field.

What if I have a lot of chemicals?

Different chemicals can be dosed at the same time to a certain number of drums.

Depending on the viscosity of the material, different flow meters or dosing pumps can be used.

What about maintenance?

ChemWare uses high-quality flow meters to guarantee long-term trouble-free operation with consistent precision.

Will it help if I have a claim?

ChemWare records each batching job meticulously for later reference and trouble-shooting purposes.

Is it failsafe?

Malfunctions may occur even with the best valves. ChemWare has a unique security feature that can detect leaking or blocking valves, thus protecting expensive raw materials in the drum.

Double checking of flow meters is available.

Integrated flow supervision of chemicals that need a permanent recirculation.

All ChemWare valves automatically return to safe mode (=usually closed) in the event of air pressure loss or electric power outage.

What if I don’t want a complete automation system?

ChemWare can be used either stand-alone or in conjunction with other TanWare components, where dosing jobs can be issued by multiple DrumWare systems, according to pre-programmed formulas.
