What is the problem here?
Everyday operation in a tannery entails the execution of countless
jobs and procedures involving the movement of raw materials, preparation
of chemicals, loading, unloading, drum operation, manual verifications,
adjustments, and so on. While many wet processes themselves are
similar, it is their large number that makes operation management
very complex. All steps have to be performed in proper sequence
and with proper parameters. Wet processes need to be optimally scheduled
and monitored in order to prevent mistakes and to make efficient
use of production capacity.
How can we simplify our process?
TanWare solves these complexities of plant operation. It organizes
jobs and provides a high-level interface to control production flow
with emphasis on safety, optimal plant utilization, and minimal
waste.
How do you achieve that?
Three modules perform different functions in formula and job handling:
MasterWare prepares, organizes, and records formulas
and wet processes.
GuardWare monitors wet processes and reports problems
in the production flow.
VisualWare brings all processes in your plant “live”
to your computer screen.
All three modules communicate directly with each other and with
the control units at the machines.
Does it monitor operator efficiency?
In addition to controlling machines, TanWare can also control human
operators identified via microchip tag. Now the previously unsupervised
manual interventions into the production flow can be monitored and
recorded. This improves production flow, and with it, capacity -
helping to get a better return on your investment in process vessels.
