What is MasterWare?
MasterWare is a PC-based software package designed to organize
and coordinate multiple jobs in multiple drums. Although it is theoretically
possible to operate each drum individually without a master computer,
the TanWare system is not really complete without a master computer.
Most TanWare installations make use of MasterWare.
Why do I need it?
MasterWare gives you a number of benefits, such as comfortable
job and formula programming features, superior automation, TanWare’s
popular coloured process report cards.
What are the features?
Formula Programming
- MasterWare allows complete and comfortable management of formulas
(creation, modification, deletion, etc.)
- Formulas can be assembled from other formulas in a modular fashion,
helping to save time and prevent errors. A formula can have different
colour and machine control options.
- MasterWare can print single formulas or formula lists.
- MasterWare keeps track of different formula versions.
Job Preparation
- asterWare allows comfortable job management (creation, modification,
deletion, etc.)
- Predefined standard formulas can be drawn from memory for single
or multiple jobs.
- Standard formulas can be modified on the fly.
- MasterWare generates work documents like job lists and weighing
tickets.
- MasterWare displays or prints drum usage.
- Jobs are transferred seamlessly to the DrumWare system.
- MasterWare automatically tests jobs for programming errors before
execution.
Process Analysis
- MasterWare receives process recordings from DrumWare.
- MasterWare prints process reports and cost analyses.
- MasterWare manages stock materials, planned and actual chemicals
consumption, system parameters, and other master data.
- MasterWare generates clearly arranged printouts of master data
and parameters.
- MasterWare prepares job execution reports including job costings.
- MasterWare can export data for usage with other computer programs.
What about security?
ISM - INCOTEC Safety Module
- ISM allows you to administer access rights of operators to different
parts of the MasterWare software and the DrumWare system(s).
- Access is protected by password in combination with intelligent
time management.
- Using ISM, process reports contain the identification of the
staff responsible for manual operations.
- Operators are identified by one or more of the following methods:
(a) passwords and id codes
(b) microchip tags
(c) microchip cards (credit card format)
- Both id tags and cards operate non-contacting via short-range
radio transmission and are therefore not subject to wear, staining,
and other mechanical faults.
