What is VisualWare?

VisualWare gives you a remote view of what is going on in the plant. VisualWare builds on the GuardWare monitoring system from which it receives “live” information about all control units. This information is displayed graphically on a computer screen.

What’s ‘visual’ about it?

VisualWare displays representations of actual machinery and installations on the factory floor. It evaluates all information coming from TanWare modules across the plant, summarizing hundreds or even thousands of data points and visualizing them in clearly arranged animated diagrams. Visualizations include drum operation, active jobs, status of chemicals dosing, level of storage tanks, and more.

How do I use it?

VisualWare allows you to select areas of interest. You can “zoom in” certain areas for further investigation. A large array of parameters and status information can be queried interactively with VisualWare. VisualWare tells you which drum needs the operator’s attention, which storage tanks are empty, which jobs are being processed, and other information needed to maintain optimal and smooth plant utilization.

Can it work with my plant layout?

The VisualWare software package is customized for every individual installation. Your specific factory layout is reflected in the schematic diagrams.

Where do I use it?

Visualizations can be viewed in the control room, at your office, or from remote locations. Because VisualWare uses innovative Internet technology, you can look at your plant’s production area even via the Internet.
